Electrical discharge machining (EDM), also known as spark machining, spark eroding, die sinking, wire burning or wire erosion, is a metal fabrication process whereby a desired shape is obtained by using electrical discharges (sparks).

Flame / Thermal Spray

“Flame spray coating” is an all-encompassing term for a number of thermal spray processes.  As the name implies, a high-temperature flame transforms the coating materials into a semi-molten state; this molten material is then sprayed onto the work piece to form a surface coating.

C.N.C 5 AXIS Milling

5-axis machining refers to a machines ability to move a tool or a part in five different axis simultaneously. Basic machining operates on three primary axis, X,Y and Z.  However, a 5-axis CNC machining tool can rotate two additional axis, A and B, which gives the cutting tool a multi-directional approach.
