Another service that sets AMT apart is our proprietary casting replacement process. While many repair facilities are limited to weld or braze repairs, we can replace the damaged casting itself, attaching reusable portions of the original component to a brand-new OEM-quality casting.
This advanced repair process allows us to recover components that many facilities would classify as scrap while maintaining the original serialized component. The result is an exceptionally high recovery rate for severely damaged turbine components at a fraction of the cost of purchasing new OEM parts.
