These terms explain the limited warranty that applies to products and services provided by Advanced Materials Technologies, LLC (“AMT”), and the terms for using this website.
Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Advanced Materials Technologies, LLC. This limited warranty applies to products and services, and only those products and services, provided by Advanced Materials Technologies, LLC.
AMT must be notified within ten (10) days after discovery of the alleged defect, and the part must be returned to AMT within thirty (30) days.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers defects in material or workmanship, under normal use during the warranty period, for the products or services contracted to Advanced Materials Technologies, LLC.
During the warranty period, Advanced Materials Technologies, LLC will repair, at no charge, products or services that prove to be defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use.
What will we do to correct problems?
Advanced Materials Technologies, LLC will repair the product at no charge or issue a customer credit.
How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period for goods or services provided by Advanced Materials Technologies, LLC is 12 months from the date of shipment.
A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 12 months from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This limited warranty does not cover collateral damage that may have occurred as the result of a defect in the material or workmanship for products or services contracted to Advanced Materials Technologies, LLC.
This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship provided by Advanced Materials Technologies, LLC.
When is this warranty void?
This warranty shall be void, and AMT will be relieved of all obligations and liability, if:
- The part has not been operated and maintained in accordance with (IAW) the current manufacturer’s manuals.
- Proper records have not been kept, including installation dates when time in service is applicable.
- The alleged defect is caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or mishandling.
- The part has been altered, tampered with and/or modified in any way.
